For Sons and Daughters

Planning this
for your parent?

Many of our bookings come from adult children arranging a journey for their mother or father. This page is written for you. What to know, what to ask, and how we work with families.

Why families come to us

Your parent wants to travel.
You want them to be safe.

We hear this often. A parent mentions they want to see Thailand, or Kerala, or Singapore. The children want to make it happen, but they also have questions. Who will look after Mum if something goes wrong? What if Dad's knees act up in Bangkok? Is this group actually the right age range or will our parents feel out of place?

These are exactly the right questions. And the reason Good Radius exists is to answer them, honestly, before you book, and to make sure they stay answered throughout the journey.

When you write to us, tell us about the traveller, not just the trip. We will design the right experience around what they need.

A short checklist

What to tell us when you write.

You do not need to know anything about the destination. We will handle that. What helps us most is knowing the traveller.

01

Their age and any health details

Ongoing medications, mobility concerns, dietary restrictions, or anything a doctor might mention before travel. This does not affect eligibility. It helps us plan the right room, the right seat, the right table.

02

How many travellers and their relationship

Two sisters travelling together. A couple. A mother and her friend. Knowing the group helps us suggest the right room configuration and seats on the coach.

03

Which destination interests them

Or simply the kind of trip. Beach and water. Temples and culture. A gentle mix. We will suggest from our list of nine destinations. If none of them quite fit, we design private departures too.

04

A preferred month or window

Even roughly. October to December. After the monsoon. Next summer. This helps us confirm whether an open departure exists or whether we should design a private group.

From the moment they leave home

What your parent will experience.

Delhi airport, met and guided

The tour manager meets the group at the Delhi airport departure terminal. They handle the check-in, boarding passes, and group together. Your parent does not navigate the airport alone.

Indian meals every day

All three meals, at trusted Indian restaurants in every destination. No unfamiliar food, no figuring out menus in a foreign language. Vegetarian always available.

A comfortable 4-star hotel

Clean, well-located, with an attached bathroom. The kind of hotel where the bed is good and the shower works. No compromise on that, ever.

One person responsible for everything

The tour manager handles every practical detail. Luggage, transfers, medicine reminders if asked, room queries, anything that comes up. One number to call, any hour.

A group that travels the same way

Our groups are small and like-minded. The pace of each day is set by the people on the tour. No rushing to keep up with anyone.

Travel insurance, from the start

Included in the tour fee. Medical emergencies, hospitalisation, evacuation if needed. The coverage document is shared before any payment is made.

For your eyes only

Questions you'd rather
your parent not hear?

Sometimes a son or daughter has a concern they would prefer to discuss without their parent present. A health condition that was recently diagnosed. A question about what happens in an emergency. A worry about whether this trip is right for this person right now.

Write to us directly, from your own email or WhatsApp. We will treat the conversation with complete discretion, and we will be honest with you about whether the tour is a good fit.

Write to us privately

We do not share anything you tell us with your parent, or with anyone else, without your permission.

A journey they will
talk about for years.

Start with a conversation. Tell us a little about the traveller. We will do the rest.
