A relaxed six-day tour through Thailand's liveliest coast and its warm, chaotic capital. Three nights in Pattaya for Coral Island, the floating market and an evening at the Alcazar Show. Two nights in Bangkok for its grand temples and a dinner cruise on the Chao Phraya, with a wildlife day at Safari World along the way. Indian meals are arranged every day, in both cities. A friendly tour manager flies with the group from Delhi and stays with the group right back to Delhi. The walking is short. The pace is gentle. It is a kind, easy way to see Thailand in good company.

The Itinerary

- Day One
An easy landing, Bangkok to Pattaya
Pattaya (4-star hotel) · Lunch & Dinner
We are met at Suvarnabhumi International Airport by our local representative and taken to a nearby restaurant for lunch. From there, we travel by road to Pattaya and check into our 4-star hotel. In the evening, we make our way to the Alcazar Show, the well-known revue staged in a grand 1,200-seat theatre with a striking mix of costume, colour and light. Dinner is at an Indian restaurant, followed by a quiet first night in Pattaya.
- Day Two
Coral Island, turquoise and unhurried
Pattaya (4-star hotel) · Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
After breakfast we set out for the Coral Island Tour, with lunch included. The island is known for its turquoise and emerald waters. View the reef from a glass-bottomed boat, or, if you wish, take to the water for snorkelling or a slow afternoon of sunbathing. Dinner is at an Indian restaurant, followed by a second night in Pattaya.
- Day Three
The floating market, then Nong Nooch
Pattaya (4-star hotel) · Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
After breakfast, we visit the floating market in Pattaya, then travel on to Nong Nooch Village for lunch and an afternoon at leisure. Nong Nooch is a gentle gathering of Thai culture, themed gardens and carnival, a slow afternoon of cultural shows and garden strolls for those who wish to explore further. Dinner is at an Indian restaurant, our last night in Pattaya.
- Day Four
Pattaya to Bangkok, temples by day and river lights by night
Bangkok (4-star hotel) · Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
After breakfast we check out and travel to Bangkok. On arrival, a half-day temple and city tour covers the capital's major landmarks, including the Golden Buddha Temple and the Reclining Buddha Temple. Lunch is at an Indian restaurant, after which we check in at our Bangkok hotel. In the evening, we board a dinner cruise on the Chao Phraya River, with beautiful views of the Grand Palace, Wat Arun and the Rama VIII Bridge, all lit up against the night. A leisurely dinner, a little entertainment, and the river slipping quietly past.
- Day Five
Safari World and the Marine Park
Bangkok (4-star hotel) · Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
After breakfast we set off for Safari World, with lunch included, a flavourful international buffet. In the Safari Park you will see tigers, lions, giraffes and zebras from the comfort of the coach. We then move to the Marine Park, where performances by trained dolphins, seals and birds make for a delightful afternoon. We return to Bangkok, and dinner is at an Indian restaurant.
- Day Six
A little shopping, and a gentle farewell
Bangkok to Delhi · Breakfast & Packed Lunch
After breakfast we check out and spend some time shopping, at Pratunam or one of the popular malls. A packed lunch is provided at the airport for the journey home. We are then transferred to the airport for the return flight to Delhi. From landing at Delhi to landing home again, you are with us the whole way.
